If you want to sync the whole iPhone over WiFi without cable, then you should not check the option Manually manage music and videos. In that case, when your iPhone is connected to a power source and your iPhone and the PC are connected to the same WiFi network, iTunes will start sync iPhone over WiFi automatically.

You can also start sync your iPhone without computer. To do that, you can open Settings app on your iPhone then select General > iTunes Wi-Fi Sync > Sync Now.

You can choose either of these two methods to transfer music to iPhone over WiFi. If you intend to transfer a large mount of songs, it is recommended to connect via lightning cable, which is faster.
