IOTransfer is a free online video downloader. It supports to download videos from various sites, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Vimeo, Vine etc. You can download videos from Vine to your computer firstly, and then transfer the Vine videos to your iPhone/iPad. Here are the step-by-step instructions.

Save videos from Vine to your computer at IOTransfer site

Step 1: Go to Vine.co and find the video you want to download.

Step 2: Move your mouse on the link icon on the video and right click on it. Then choose Copy link address to  get the url of the video.

Step 3: Open the online video downloading page at IOTransfer site and paste the video url into the input box. Then click the button Download to PC to analyze the url. Click Download after the url is parsed.

Step 4: Then you will be directed to a video playing page. Click the download arrow at the bottom right corner, and choose the path to save the video. The downloading will finish in a moment.

Transfer the Vine video from computer to your iPhone/iPad

Step 1: Download IOTranfer and install it on your computer. Then run IOTransfer and connect your iPhone/iPad to your computer with a USB cable. Tap “Trust” if the permission is requested on your iPhone/iPad.

Step 2: Go to Manage Tab and click Video at the navigation bar. Click Import as the picture below to browse and choose the Vine video on your computer.
