iCloud Storage is Full - How to Free Up iCloud Storage Space

Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > toggle off those options that you do not want to backup to iCloud, such as Reminders, Wallet and etc.

2. Delete Documents & Data

Apple allows you to manage iCloud storage, so you can delete files, documents and data that you may not need, and free up more iCloud storage space.

Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage > choose an app > Delete Data

3. Delete Old Backups

In addition to deleting documents and data, you can also delete old backups to free up more iCloud storage space.

Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage > Backups > choose your device > Delete Backup

Or you can directly turn off the automatic iCloud backup.
