1. Factory Reset iPhone in the Settings App

Settings > General > Reset > “Erase All Content and Settings”

2. Factory Reset iPhone via iTunes

You can also factory reset your iPhone by connecting iPhone to iTunes. Compared to resetting iPhone in the Settings app, this way is the “heavier” version of resetting your iPhone to factory setting state. Before you factory reset iPhone via iTunes, we suggest you to backup all your important information and data on iPhone.

Go to Settings > iCloud, and turn off Find My iPhone.

Now, you can connect your iPhone to computer, and use iTunes to factory reset iPhone.
