Step 1: Visit Gmail website on your computer.

Type the URL: https://www.gmail.com in the browser, then enter your email address and password to log into your Gmail account, and open your inbox.

Step 2: Find the email from the address which you want to block and open it.

Step 3: Click "Block **" option from the drop-down menu.

There is a downward triangle icon in the upright corner of the email page. Click it to find out the "Block **" option. Here the ** stands for the sender’s name. For example, the email you selected is sent from Bitly, then it shows "Block Bitly" here. Click it to block the Bitly address.

Step 4: Confirm the "Block" option.

 A pop-up menu will show up after you click Block **, which prompts you to confirm your block option, simply click "Block" and the email address will be added to your Gmail account's blocking list. After that, you will not receive any emails from the blocked address on the computer and iPhone any more. 

2, Block Email Address on iPhone in Microsoft Outlook Easily. 

Outlook is also widely used by many people. Learn how to block email address on iPhone in Outlook by the following steps.

Step 1: Visit Outlook website on your computer.

Type the URL: https://www.outlook.com in the browser, and log in with your account and password, then open your inbox.

Step 2: Go to Settings.

There is a  gear icon in the upright corner of Outlook window, click it to drop the setting menu down; Scroll down and you will see the  "View full settings", click it to  open the Settings window.

Step 3: Set up junk emails.

On Settings window, there is a Mail tab on the left, click it and you will find "Junk email" in the middle.

Step 4: Add an email address that you want to block.

The Blocked Senders option shows below the junk email, where you can add the email address. Type the email address that you want to block, and click Add button on the right of the email address to add the email address to the blocking list. 

Step 5: Save the blocked address.

Click "Save" button on the top simply. After that, you will not receive any emails from the blocked addresses in your Outlook inbox, including the inbox on your iPhone with the same outlook account.

3, Block an Email Address on iPhone in Yahoo Mail.

Yahoo is welcomed in our life. If you are facing the problem of receiving spam emails every day, read on.

Step 1: Visit the yahoo mail website on your computer.

Type the URL: https://mail.yahoo.com in the browser, log in and open your inbox.

Step 2: Go to Settings.

Like the Outlook, there is a gear icon in the upright corner of Yahoo mail window, click it to open the drop down setting menu; Scroll down and you will see the "More Settings". Click it to open the Settings window.

Step 3: Add an email address to block.

You can see the Security and Privacy option on the left on the window. Click + Add and then you can type the email address that you want to block in the Address box.

Step 4: Save the blocked address.

Click Save button. Then you will not receive any emails from the blocked addresses on your computer, your iPhone with the same Yahoo account will not receive the blocked emails neither.

Step 2: Open IOTransfer and click MANAGE > Contacts > Import.
