How to Customize Your Home Screen on iPhone and iPad?

Home screen does not consume much of your time on iPhone or iPad. Or you did not spend some time of it, but it does not mean that you should not customize your home screen. There are a lot of benefits of configuring your home screen such as searching for applications becomes easier or you can just set a wallpaper of your loved ones on the screen.


Today, we are going to tell you, how to customize your home screen on iPhone or iPad.


Moving applications to a new Home Screen.


After downloading a new application, if your old home screen is filled with applications. Your iOS will automatically create a new home screen. But you can also create a new Home Screen any time you like, without any restriction. You just have to follow some simple steps.


Click and then press your finger on any application or a specific application, unless the application does not jiggle.

When you have entered in the edit mode. Move the application icon throughout the screen to the right side, unless you have entered the right most or a new Home Screen.

After reaching the new home screen, leave the application over there.

Now, clock the home Button the leave the edit mode.


How to move application on your Home Screen?


Click and Press your finger against an application icon, unless you have entered the edit mode

Move the respective application icon to its new location, where to want to keep it.

Drop the application icon, to its new place.

And then press Home button to leave edit mode.


How to change the wallpaper on your Home Screen?


Your iPad or iPhone has a default wallpaper, and probably you are bored with it or you want to replace it with a new favorite picture, from Apple’s gallery. You can choose from a Live Photo, which animates when you are going to 3D touch it, only when your iPad or iPhone supports it. And you can also replace it with a few motion wallpaper.


Click Setting from the Home Screen

Choose on Wallpaper

Then click on Choose a New Wallpaper

Click on the location of the new wallpaper you want to choose


o Libraries: All the images store in your Photo application, adding selfies and your own live Photo. 

o Live: Apple’s gallery of Live Photo images which animate when you 3D click it.

o Stills: Apple’s gallery of picture.

o Dynamic: Circle that move across the home screen and responds to the movement of your device.


Click on the images, you are willing to apply.

If you are not satisfied with the default setting, you can customize your options.


o Motion: Select if you want it still, it will not give any sort of effect or movement. Perspective; moves a bit with your phone. Or Live Picture, if its available, animates on 3D touch.

o Move and Scale: If this picture belongs to you, you can move it around and pinch to zoom in or out, and adjust it as you like it.


Click Set.

Click Set Home Screen, if you are willing to pick any picture on the Home Screen wallpaper, you select Set Both to change the Lock Screen Wallpaper too.
