How to Fix iPhone Not Showing Up on Windows Computer

Usually, this issue happens on people who use Windows computer instead of Mac. iPhone not showing up on computer issue might be caused by many reasons. How to fix it?

·         Check and see if your Windows computer and iPhone system need to be updated. If so, update your Windows and your iPhone to the latest iOS.

·         Connect your iPhone with original Apple USB cable, plug in and unplug it several times, and try each USB port.

·         Restart your computer and iPhone.

·         Reinstall or update your iPhone device driver

  1.  Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers, find your iPhone in “Unspecified” section, and right-click it and select “Properties”

  2.  From “Hardware” tab and click the “Properties” button, and then select “General” tab, click “Change settings” button.

  3. Select “Driver” tab, click “Update Driver” and select “Browse my computer for driver software”.

  4. Navigate to C:Program FilesCommon FilesAppleMobile Device SupportDrivers (or C:Program Files (x86)Common Files/AppleMobile Device SupportDrivers), and click “Next”. You iPhone should be detected and recognized now.
